I've spent my career in the space between strategy and execution — where enterprise systems get designed, built, and handed to the people who run them. I started as a system administrator at a healthcare advertising agency, worked through desktop engineering and network management, built IT from scratch at an ad tech startup, and now run global operations for a publicly traded company.
The technology is rarely the hard part. The real work is building teams who take ownership of the systems they run.
I've integrated 3 acquisitions across 5 countries, automated 60% of service desk volume, led SOX and SOC 2 compliance programs, rationalized half a million dollars in SaaS spend, and built regional operations from zero. But the accomplishments I'm proudest of are the people I've developed — engineers who went from ticket processors to system stewards because someone gave them ownership and the support to grow into it.
